Verify your Fixly number — Settings → Your Fixly Number

Test it — Call your Fixly number from another phone

Check call handling mode — Make sure it's not set to "You answer"

Common Causes

Call Forwarding Not Set Up

If you're forwarding from another number:

Verify forwarding is active with your carrier

Confirm you entered the correct Fixly number

Test by calling your main number and not answering

Wrong Number Published

Double-check where you've shared your number:

Website

Google Business Profile

Business cards

Ads

Carrier Issues

Some carriers have restrictions:

VoIP numbers may need special forwarding setup

International forwarding may not work

Testing Your Setup

Call your Fixly number directly from a cell phone

You should hear Fixly answer within 2 rings

Check the Conversations tab — the call should appear

If Direct Calls Work But Forwarded Calls Don't

The issue is with your forwarding setup:

Contact your carrier

Ask about "conditional call forwarding"

Verify the forwarding number is correct
