Contact your carrier and ask for "conditional call forwarding" to forward when:
  • Busy

  • No answer (after X rings)

Set forwarding to activate after 3-4 rings. This gives you time to answer if available, while ensuring Fixly catches unanswered calls.

  • Confirm Fixly picks up

  • Check the call appears in your Conversations tab
  • Google Voice Users

    If you use Google Voice:

  • Open Google Voice settings

  • Go to Calls → Call forwarding

  • Add your Fixly number as a forwarding number

  • Set rules for when to forward
  • Troubleshooting

    Calls not forwarding:

  • Verify forwarding is active (check carrier settings)

  • Ensure you entered the correct Fixly number

  • Some VoIP systems need special configuration
  • Delayed forwarding:

  • Reduce the number of rings before forwarding

  • Check for carrier-side delays
