Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fixly website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You may use Fixly only if you are able to form a binding contract with us and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

2. Account & Security

When you sign in with Google or another identity provider, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.

3. Use of Google Data

If you connect your Google account, Fixly may access your Google Calendar and basic profile information strictly for the purpose of booking, updating, and managing jobs on your behalf. We do not sell your Google data to third parties. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, probing or testing our systems for vulnerabilities, or using Fixly to send spam, abusive, or unlawful communications.

5. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes that may affect you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixly and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
