Calls Going to Voicemail
If calls are hitting voicemail instead of Fixly, your forwarding needs adjustment.
The Problem
Calls should go:
Your Number → Fixly Number → Fixly Answers
But they're going:
Your Number → Your Voicemail
Common Causes
1. Forwarding Not Enabled
Your carrier forwarding may be off:
Dial *72 + your Fixly number to enable (most carriers)Check carrier settings online2. Voicemail Picks Up Too Fast
Your voicemail may answer before forwarding kicks in:
Increase rings before voicemail (carrier setting)Set to 4-5 rings before forwarding3. Conditional vs Unconditional
You may have wrong forwarding type:
Unconditional: All calls forward immediatelyConditional: Only forwards if you don't answerFor Fixly backup mode, use conditional forwarding.
