Your business profile controls how Fixly represents you to callers.

What's in Your Profile

| Field | Description | Used For |

| Business Name | Your company name | Greeting callers |
| Contact Email | Your work email | Receipts, notifications |
| Website | Your website URL | (Optional) Reference |

Updating Your Profile

  • Go to Settings

  • Tap on the field you want to edit

  • Enter the new value

  • Changes save automatically
  • Business Name Tips

    Your business name is how Fixly greets callers:

    "Thanks for calling [Business Name]. How can I help?"

    Tips:

  • Use the name customers know you by

  • Keep it concise (under 30 characters)

  • Avoid special characters
  • Good: "Smith Plumbing" or "Mike's HVAC"
    Avoid: "Smith Plumbing & Heating LLC dba Smith Services"

    Email Address

    Your email is used for:

  • Account notifications

  • Billing receipts

  • Weekly activity summaries
  • Update it if your email changes — this is how we reach you.

    Website (Optional)

    If you have a website, Fixly can reference it when callers ask about your services. Not required, but helpful.
