Choose how you want to be notified about Fixly activity.

Notification Types

SMS Notifications


Text messages for:
  • New bookings

  • Quote requests

  • Missed calls

  • Low Fuel warnings
  • Email Notifications


    Emails for:
  • Daily summary

  • Weekly report

  • Billing receipts

  • Account alerts
  • Configuring Notifications

  • Go to Settings

  • Find Notifications

  • Toggle each type on/off
  • Recommended Settings

    For most pros:

  • ✅ SMS for new bookings (immediate awareness)

  • ✅ Email for daily summary (review at end of day)

  • ✅ SMS for low Fuel (avoid service interruption)

  • Optional: Email weekly report
  • Notification Timing

    Quiet Hours

    Notifications respect reasonable hours:

  • No SMS between 9pm - 7am

  • Urgent alerts still come through

  • Emails queue for morning
  • Troubleshooting

    Not receiving SMS:

  • Check your phone number in Settings

  • Verify SMS isn't blocked by carrier

  • Check phone's spam/blocked list
  • Not receiving email:

  • Check spam folder

  • Verify email address in Settings

  • Add fixly@fixlyai.com to contacts
