Configure when Fixly can book jobs for you.

Setting Hours

Go to Settings

Find Business Hours

Set open/close times for each day

Day-by-Day Configuration

For each day of the week:

Start time: When you begin taking jobs

End time: When you stop

Closed: Toggle for days off

Example:

How It Affects Booking

Fixly only offers time slots within your business hours:

Caller asks for 7pm → Fixly offers next morning instead

Caller asks for Sunday → Fixly offers Monday

After-Hours Calls

When someone calls outside your hours:

Fixly still answers

Explains your availability

Offers to book for the next open slot

Can take a message if urgent

Holiday Hours

For holidays or special closures:

Create an all-day event in Google Calendar

Mark it as "Busy"

Fixly won't book during that time

Seasonal Adjustments

Update your hours as needed:

Summer extended hours

Winter reduced hours

Holiday schedules

Changes take effect immediately for new calls.
