What Are Quotes?

Sometimes callers want a price estimate before booking. Fixly captures these as quote requests for you to follow up on.

When Quotes Happen

A call becomes a quote request when:

  • The caller asks "How much does X cost?"

  • They want to compare prices before committing

  • They need to check with someone else first

  • The job requires an on-site assessment
