To access and respond to quote requests, you need Fuel credits in your account.

Why Fuel Is Required

Quotes are valuable leads — potential customers actively seeking your services. Fuel ensures you're set up for success with Fixly's full feature set.

If your Fuel balance is zero:

Quote requests are still captured

You'll see a "locked" overlay on the Quotes page

Add Fuel to unlock and respond

Go to Billing in the app

Click Add Fuel

Purchase any Fuel pack

Return to Quotes — they're now accessible

Important: Viewing and responding to quotes is free. Fuel is only used when:

A job is booked (1 Fuel)

A referral job comes in (50 Fuel)

The Fuel requirement ensures your account is active and ready to handle bookings.

Respond quickly — within 1 hour if possible

Keep a small Fuel balance to stay unlocked

Enable auto-refill to never lose access
