Features Included

Automatic SMS reminders sent to customers before their appointment:

24 hours before: "Reminder: Your appointment with [Business] is tomorrow at 2pm"

2 hours before: "Your technician is on the way!"

Reduces no-shows by up to 30%.

After a job is completed, Fixly sends a friendly SMS asking for a Google review:

"Thanks for choosing [Business]! If you have a moment, we'd appreciate a review: [link]"

More reviews = higher Google ranking = more calls.

When you're fully booked or a caller is outside your service area, route them to trusted partners:

Overflow routing — Send excess jobs to partners you trust

Receive referrals — Get jobs from other Fixly pros

Find Fixly Assist section

Toggle on the features you want:

- Follow-up reminders
- Review requests
- Accept overflow jobs

Follow-ups & Reviews: Calendar must be connected

Job Network: Must have Fuel balance

Fixly Assist actions are included in your per-booking cost:

Reminders: Included with 1 Fuel booking

Review requests: Included with 1 Fuel booking

Referral jobs received: 50 Fuel each
