Job Network Overview

The Fixly Job Network lets you send excess jobs to trusted partners and receive referrals when others are at capacity.

How It Works

Sending Jobs (Overflow)

When you can't take a job:
  • You're fully booked

  • Caller is outside your service area

  • Job type you don't handle
  • Fixly can route the caller to a partner who can help.

    Receiving Jobs (Referrals)

When another Fixly pro has overflow:
  • They're at capacity

  • Caller is in your area

  • You match the job type
  • You receive the booking and pay 50 Fuel.

    Setting Up

    To Send Overflow Jobs

  • Go to SettingsFixly Assist

  • Find Job Network

  • Add trusted partners (by invite link or Fixly ID)
  • To Receive Referral Jobs

  • Toggle Accept Overflow Jobs to On

  • Ensure your service area is accurate

  • Keep your calendar availability up to date
  • Partner Matching

When routing a job, Fixly prioritizes:

  • Your trusted partners — Pros you've explicitly added

  • Trade match — Same service type (plumber to plumber)

  • Location — Within caller's service area

  • Availability — Has open calendar slots
  • Customer Experience

    When a caller is routed:

"I don't have availability, but I work with a trusted partner who does. Can I check if they can help you today?"

If caller agrees, Fixly seamlessly books with the partner.

    Billing

    | Action | Cost |
    |--------|------|
    | Sending a job to a partner | Free |
    | Receiving a referral job | 50 Fuel |

The receiving pro pays because they're getting a new customer.

    Benefits

  • Never lose a lead — Even when you're busy

  • Steady flow — Receive jobs when slow
