When a customer calls your Fixly number, here's exactly what happens:
The Call Flow
1. Instant Answer
Fixly picks up within 2 rings with a greeting like:
"Hi, thanks for calling [Your Business Name]. How can I help you today?"
2. Understanding the Request
Fixly listens to what the caller needs and asks follow-up questions:

Fixly looks at your Google Calendar in real-time:

If the caller accepts a time:

What If They Don't Book?
Not every call results in a booking. Fixly handles these scenarios:
