Viewing Call History

Every call Fixly handles is logged in the Conversations tab. Here's how to use it.

Finding Conversations

  • Open the Fixly app

  • Click Conversations in the sidebar (or bottom nav on mobile)
  • What You'll See

    Each call card shows:

  • Caller name (if provided)

  • Phone number

  • Time of call

  • Outcome — Booked, Quote Requested, Question Answered, etc.

  • Duration
  • Call Details

    Click any call to expand and see:

    Summary


    A brief AI-generated summary:
    "Caller requested drain cleaning for kitchen sink. Booked for Tuesday 2pm."

    Transcript


    The full conversation between Fixly and the caller, showing:
  • What the caller said

  • How Fixly responded

  • Key moments (booking confirmation, etc.)
  • Actions


    Quick actions from the call detail:
  • Call back — Dial the caller directly

  • View booking — Jump to the calendar event

  • Send message — Text the caller
  • Filtering Calls

    Use filters to find specific calls:

  • Date range — Today, this week, custom

  • Outcome — Booked, missed, quote, etc.

  • Search — By name or phone number
  • Exporting

    Need call data for records? Contact support for a CSV export of your call history.

    Data Retention

    Calls are kept for 90 days. After that, they're archived (details available on request).
