Calendar Not Syncing

If bookings aren't appearing in your Google Calendar, follow these steps.

Check Connection Status

  • Go to Settings in the Fixly app

  • Look for Calendar or Google Calendar

  • Check the status:

  • - ✓ Connected — Should be working
    - ✗ Disconnected — Needs reconnection

    Reconnecting Your Calendar

    If disconnected:

  • Click Connect Calendar or Reconnect

  • Sign in to your Google account

  • Grant calendar permissions

  • Confirm you see "Connected"
  • Common Issues

    Wrong Google Account


    Make sure you're connecting the calendar you actually use. If you have multiple Google accounts, select the right one during connection.

    Permissions Revoked


    You may have accidentally removed Fixly's access:
  • Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions

  • Check if Fixly is listed

  • If not, reconnect in Settings
  • Calendar Is Hidden


    Bookings may exist but be hidden in Google Calendar:
  • Open Google Calendar

  • On the left, find your calendar list

  • Make sure your primary calendar is checked/visible
  • Browser Cache Issues


    Try:
  • Clear your browser cache

  • Log out and back into Fixly

  • Reconnect calendar
  • Bookings Still Not Appearing?

    Check the Conversations tab:

  • If bookings show there but not in calendar, it's a sync issue

  • If bookings don't show anywhere, the call may not have resulted in a booking
  • Contact Support

    If nothing works:

  • Email support@fixlyai.com

  • Include your Fixly email

  • Describe when the issue started

  • Share any error messages you see
  • We typically respond within a few hours.
