Managing Bookings

All jobs booked by Fixly appear in your Schedule tab and Google Calendar.

Viewing Bookings

In the Fixly App


  • Go to Schedule

  • See bookings by day, week, or month

  • Tap any booking for details

    • In Google Calendar


  • Bookings appear with job details

  • Full details in the event description

    • Booking Details

    Each booking shows:

  • Customer name and phone number

  • Job type (drain cleaning, AC repair, etc.)

  • Address (if provided)

  • Time slot booked

    • Editing a Booking

    Change Time


  • Open the booking in Google Calendar

  • Drag to a new time, or edit the event

  • Save — the change syncs automatically

    • Note: Fixly doesn't automatically notify the customer of changes.

    Canceling a Booking

  • Open the event in Google Calendar

  • Delete the event

  • Optionally notify the customer via SMS
