How Fixly Avoids Conflicts
Before offering a time slot, Fixly:
Checks your Google Calendar for existing eventsApplies business hours filterAdds buffer time between jobsOnly offers truly available slotsWhat Counts as "Busy"
Fixly treats these as blocked time:
✅ Calendar events (any calendar you've shared)✅ All-day events✅ Recurring events✅ Events marked "Busy"❌ Events marked "Free" (ignored)If a Conflict Happens
Rare, but possible if you book manually at the same time:
Fixly's response:
"It looks like that time just got booked. How about [alternative time] instead?"

If you book something directly in Google Calendar:
