What Is Fuel?

Fuel is a unit of credit. When Fixly takes an action that benefits your business, it costs Fuel.

Checking Your Balance

Your Fuel balance is shown:

On the Billing page

In the Settings sidebar

On the Today dashboard

Low Balance Alerts

When your balance drops below 10 Fuel:

You'll receive an email notification

A banner appears in the dashboard

SMS alert (if enabled)

Running Out

If Fuel hits 0:

Fixly still answers calls

Bookings are captured but marked as pending

Top up to activate bookings

We never let you miss a call due to low Fuel.
