Fixly uses a simple pay-as-you-go model. You only pay when Fixly takes actions that help your business.

The Basics

Base cost: Free

Per action: Charged in Fuel credits

Billing cycle: Monthly

Fuel Credits

Fuel is Fixly's currency. Actions cost Fuel:

How Charges Work

You buy Fuel credits upfront (or set up auto-refill)

As Fixly takes actions, Fuel is deducted

When Fuel runs low, you're notified to top up

Monthly Invoices

At the end of each month, you receive:

Summary of actions taken

Fuel used

Remaining balance

Option to download invoice

Viewing Your Balance

In the app:

Billing page shows current Fuel balance

Settings shows quick balance indicator

No Hidden Fees

You're never charged for:

Calls that don't result in bookings

Answering caller questions

Capturing quote requests

Dashboard access
