How Billing Works

Fixly uses a simple pay-as-you-go model. You only pay when Fixly takes actions that help your business.

The Basics

  • Base cost: Free

  • Per action: Charged in Fuel credits

  • Billing cycle: Monthly
  • Fuel Credits

Fuel is Fixly's currency. Actions cost Fuel:

    | Action | Fuel Cost |
    |--------|-----------|
    | Job booked via call | 1 Fuel |
    | SMS reminder sent | Included with booking |
    | Review request sent | Included with booking |
    | Referral job received | 50 Fuel |
    | Question answered (no booking) | Free |
    | Quote request captured | Free |

    How Charges Work

  • You buy Fuel credits upfront (or set up auto-refill)

  • As Fixly takes actions, Fuel is deducted

  • When Fuel runs low, you're notified to top up
  • Monthly Invoices

At the end of each month, you receive:

  • Summary of actions taken

  • Fuel used

  • Remaining balance

  • Option to download invoice
  • Viewing Your Balance

    In the app:

  • Billing page shows current Fuel balance

  • Settings shows quick balance indicator
  • No Hidden Fees

    You're never charged for:

  • Calls that don't result in bookings

  • Answering caller questions

  • Capturing quote requests

  • Dashboard access
