Managing Payment Methods
Keep your payment methods up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.
Viewing Cards
Go to Settings or BillingFind Payment Method sectionSee your saved card (last 4 digits, expiry)Adding a Card
Click Add Card or Update Payment MethodEnter your card detailsClick SaveYour card is stored securely via Stripe — Fixly never sees your full card number.
Updating a Card
If your card expires or you want to use a different one:
Go to Billing → Payment MethodsClick Update next to the current cardEnter new card detailsClick SaveThe new card becomes your default for Fuel purchases and auto-refill.
Removing a Card
To remove a card:
Add a new card first (you need at least one on file)Once the new card is default, you can remove the old oneFailed Payments
If a payment fails:
You'll receive an email notificationA banner appears in the appRetry is attempted automatically after 24 hoursAfter 3 failures, service may be pausedTo fix: Update your card or contact your bank.
