Managing Payment Methods

Keep your payment methods up to date to ensure uninterrupted service.

Viewing Cards

  • Go to Settings or Billing

  • Find Payment Method section

  • See your saved card (last 4 digits, expiry)
  • Adding a Card

  • Click Add Card or Update Payment Method

  • Enter your card details

  • Click Save
  • Your card is stored securely via Stripe — Fixly never sees your full card number.

    Updating a Card

If your card expires or you want to use a different one:

  • Go to BillingPayment Methods

  • Click Update next to the current card

  • Enter new card details

  • Click Save
  • The new card becomes your default for Fuel purchases and auto-refill.

    Removing a Card

    To remove a card:

  • Add a new card first (you need at least one on file)

  • Once the new card is default, you can remove the old one
  • Failed Payments

    If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification

  • A banner appears in the app

  • Retry is attempted automatically after 24 hours

  • After 3 failures, service may be paused
  • To fix: Update your card or contact your bank.

    Security

  • All payments processed via Stripe

  • PCI-DSS compliant

  • Card details encrypted

  • Fixly never stores full card numbers
