What is Auto-Refill?

Auto-refill automatically purchases Fuel when your balance drops below a threshold.

Setting Up Auto-Refill

Go to Billing

Find Auto-Refill settings

Configure:

- Threshold: When balance drops below X
- Amount: How much Fuel to add

Recommended Settings

| Light (5-10 jobs/mo) | 5 Fuel | 25 Fuel |
| Medium (15-30 jobs/mo) | 10 Fuel | 50 Fuel |
| Busy (30+ jobs/mo) | 20 Fuel | 100 Fuel |

How It Works

Example with threshold 10, refill 50:

Your balance hits 9 Fuel

Auto-refill triggers

50 Fuel purchased automatically

New balance: 59 Fuel

Payment Method

Auto-refill charges your default payment method. Make sure:

Card is not expired

Sufficient funds available

Card issuer allows recurring charges

Notifications

When auto-refill triggers:

Email receipt sent

Transaction appears in Billing

Balance updates immediately

Adjusting or Disabling

To change settings:

Go to Billing → Auto-Refill

Adjust threshold or amount

Toggle off to disable
